These terms cover purchases made on this store for the PulseVanilla Minecraft server. By buying anything here, you agree to them.

What you're buying

Everything sold on this store is cosmetic or convenience-only: ranks, Crystals (an in-game currency), and crate keys. Nothing purchased here provides a competitive advantage in combat or grants exclusive access to in-game content that gameplay alone can't reach.

Ranks are time-limited

Ranks last 30 days from the moment they're granted. Buying the same rank again while it's still active adds 30 days to what's left rather than starting over. Letting a rank lapse doesn't remove anything you built or earned while it was active — only the rank's ongoing perks.

Delivery

Purchases are delivered automatically to the Minecraft username entered at checkout, usually within a few minutes of payment clearing. Double-check your username before paying — see the Refund Policy for what happens if it's wrong.

Account standing

Purchases are tied to your Minecraft account, not your payment method. If your account is banned for violating server rules, previously delivered purchases are not refunded, and no compensation is owed for the remaining time on a rank or unused Crystals.

Changes

Prices, perks, and what's available in the store can change at any time. Purchases already made keep whatever was described at the time of purchase.
