Questions
How fast is delivery?
Automatic, usually within a couple of minutes of payment clearing. Ranks and Crystals are applied by the server itself — no ticket needed.
What happens when my rank expires?
You keep everything you did with it — homes placed, items earned — you just lose the perks until you renew. Buying the same rank again while it's still active extends it instead of restarting the clock.
Do ranks affect PvP?
No. Every rank, Crystal bundle, and crate key on this page is cosmetic or quality-of-life only. Nothing sold here changes combat.
I entered the wrong username at checkout — what now?
Message staff on Discord with your order email and correct username before you close the tab if possible. We match orders by the email you paid with.
What payment methods work?
Card, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through Stripe. Crypto support is planned but not live on this storefront yet.
